This is not the first time Vinh won at an international photo contest, he was also awarded the first prize at AGORA Images Beauty 2019 last July with an image of a Gould's sun-bird approaching a flower in Kon Tum.

The contest marked the largest-ever number of submitted images, up to 121,774 photos snapped by photographers from 152 countries and territories.

Richard Loomis, Chief Marketing Officer for The Nature Conservancy, said that these photographs are a powerful reminder of the importance of sharing the vision of nature and working together to save the lands and waters on which every life depends.

The contest included five categories namely wildlife, water, people in nature, landscape, and cities and nature.
