Hanoi becomes romantic with blooming of white reeds

Autumn is the time when Hanoian girls often pose for photographs with the graceful flowers.

The beauty of booming white reeds along Lien Mac road, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi attracts many young people to take pictures with these plants.

The flowering reed field looks like a white carpet.
Reed is a perennial kind of grass that has long-spreading stalk and roots that extend deep into the ground. The leaves are narrow and long with a rough upper surface and smooth bottom. This is a species of wild grass from the North and Central regions of Vietnam.
The reed bed is blanketed with a pristine, gentle and romantic white color and create a very unique appeal.
The field is the trending check-in site for local residents, especially young people.

The Red River’s reed field has become familiar with Hanoians in the past years.
In addition, there are some other reed fields in the Red River (middle bank), Nguyen Van Huyen road, Thang Long - Noi Bai highway, Linh Dam Urban Area, Bu 833 hill (skydive hill).
