With the aim of bringing technology products to life, CyHome - the smart apartment ecosystem - has been making things easier in managing and operating the apartment. Currently, customers are actively welcoming CyHome.
Reducing the load of manual services
Pham Hung Phong - General Director of Cyfeer Corporation and his team have launched the idea of intelligent apartment ecosystem model named CyHome.
CyHome helps to reduce the load of manual services and understand the actual needs of customers.
According to statistics from Savills and CBRE, up to the first quarter of 2017, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City have about 400,000 apartments. And the numbers are expected to double in 2020.
From the development of that market, CyHome has researched an integrated solution that connects the board of tenants, residents, suppliers of goods and services.
Residents will experience the conveniences such as: online payment, online shopping services, capturing the message, tracking the payment and bill, sending comments to apartment management and discussion with everyone in the building.
CyHome also helps apartment management manage and operate the building in a easier and simpler way, replace the manual method, save time and manpower.
"With CyHome, the Management Board can improve the quality of its management, thus, they will be able to provide more services and utilities for residents," said Phong.
Creating trust between management and residents
"In terms of operating mechanism, CyHome serves all units in the apartment complex: the management, the owner, the management, the residents and the service providers. At the same time, provide management system with accounting, work, residents and all the processes that arise in the apartment for the management board," Phong shared.
In order to ensure quality, CyHome creates channels of communication among its members, which has generated "rating" issues for management units and service units.
It is expected that in 2018, in addition to expanding its customer, Cyhome is partnering with security and intelligence providers to become the first complete and synchronized "Smart Apartment Ecosystem" in Vietnam.
