The proposal must have an implementation period of 2-3 years. The list of selected proposals will be notified by the Department of International Cooperation under the Ministry of Science and Technology to the authors.

The closing date of the call will be May 30, 2019. The research proposals need to be submitted directly or via post to the Department of International Cooperation at No.113 Tran Duy Hung, Hanoi.

The proposals will be jointly assessed by Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology and AiF Projekt GmbH project management agency. The results will be notified to the project partners within four months after the deadline of submission.

The proposals under the program must comply with the prescribed processes and procedures. The results of the project must bring added value thanks to international cooperation activities between the two countries’ participants. Duration of the project should not exceed three years.
