Hanoi to remove obstacles of vocational training for rural labors
The Hanoi People’s Committee Office has recently issued Official Letter No. 3082/VP-KGVX on requesting relevant departments, agencies to remove difficulties and obstacles of vocational training for agricultural workers in 2018.

Regarding to difficulties and problems in implementing Announcement No. 9611/TB-BNN-VP, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development asked localities to carry out the Program on restructuring agricultural sector and building new style rural areas; focus on training agricultural labors, managers of agricultural cooperatives so as to ensure social welfare in difficult areas.
However, basing on specific conditions, localities will allocate funds to hold effective vocational training courses for agricultural workers.
Regarding to the above matter, the Municipal People’s Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to take prime responsibility and coordinate with the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and relevant units to perform the task and report to the Municipal People’s Committee.
