AGA Support launches service to support Vietnamese living and working in Japan

The number of Vietnamese workers always makes up 50% in total foreign laborers in Japan, so proportionally, occupational accidents happened to around 1,500 Vietnamese expatriates.

AGA Support Company has launched Kakekomidera service to provide support for Vietnamese living and working in Japan for all troubles that occur in their daily life or at working place.

In recent years, Japan and Vietnam’s strategic partnership is getting more and more tightened, both countries are trying to promote cooperation in economic and social fields. Every year, Japan welcomes tens of thousands Vietnamese coming to live and work at Japan.

The number of Vietnamese trainees always increases each year. They come to Japan and work in agriculture, mechanic industry, construction and nursing, the fields that the Japanese government allows foreigners to work in. 

According to the data announced by the Japanese government, in 2018, 2,847 foreign workers suffered from occupational accidents and the number of workplace accidents has risen incessantly over the last seven years. Among the ones affected, there were 784 skilled trainees.

Japan is a developed country, which is known as the safest place and very friendly, but many Japanese companies are unable to ensure the workers’ working condition, especially foreign workers, and many companies still break the regulations on labor.

Support Company supplies the service through online platforms such as website, SMS, instant messaging Zalo, Viber, Line, and Facebook Messenger. People can contact the company’s system anytime or anywhere only through their smartphones connected to internet/wifi. 

All consultant staff are Vietnamese who are fluent in Japanese and working or studying in Japan. The counselors are lawyers or social insurance specialists who obtained the official certificate in Japan and are always ready to hear the people’s problems and understand their opinions.

The services cost the users US$9 per month for unlimited number of times for consultation.

This is the very first time there is a service totally for Vietnamese in Japan. In the future, with the concession of Special Skill Visa - the new visa type, Vietnamese will have more chances to come and work in Japan.
