The tariff is valid for five years, starting from June 16.
The domestic industry has been affected due to the dumping of Chinese aluminum imports in recent years.
A zero percent antidumping rate plays an important role in the local tyre production, which is facing fierce competition from imported products of Thailand and China.
The move is aimed at protecting domestic production and ensure the lawful rights of local manufacturers and related industries using such products, said the Vietnam’s trade ministry.
