Attracting foreign tourists right from the first impression

Appreciating the determination and PAR results of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Dao Duc Toan stressed that although the number of administrative procedures is not great, it is important to enhance the image.
