China’s territorial violation against its commitments

In recent days, China`s aggressive actions are proving that China says one thing but do another.

China's aggressive territorial disputes embarked on a series of Southeast Asian nations in the South China Sea . However, at the opening session of the Summit on Coordinated Action and boost confidence in Asia ( CICA ) in Shanghai on May 21, Chinese President Xi Jinping stated that China need peaceful measures to resolve the territorial disputes over South China Sea.

Chinese President Xi Jinping said : " China is committed to seeking peaceful ways to resolve disputes with other nations about sovereignty rights and marine interests ". But the oil rig Haiyang- 981 has still been blatantly placed on the waters of Vietnam with hundreds of coast guard vessels ready for crashing, cannons spraying water into Vietnamese ships.
Chinese President Xi Jinping also warned Asian countries not to unite military alliance against China and affirmed that it is not conducive to regional security. "The strengthening of military alliances aimed at a third party will not benefit regional security ", he said.
Earlier, Chinese Ministry of Foreign has a habit of blaming America for encouraging some countries having territorial disputes with China to exacerbate regional tensions in the South China Sea dispute. In a press conference spokeswoman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry Hua Chunying said: “we needs to figure out a series of comments wrong and irresponsible from the U.S. some countries encouraging some countries to expose provocative and dangerous actions. We call on the United States to take appropriate actions to maintain and preserve peace and security in the region, act and speak as carefully of important events. In fact, China is implementing actions to dominate the whole South China Sea .
China sharply criticized the U.S. and called for peace, but in reality, they continue to act aggressively and ready for stabbing  and attacking Vietmese boats and vessels. The water cannons from China aimed at some important parts of Vietnamese ships  such as chimneys, antennas, radars, glass door panels, communication equipments to destroy the the communication and activities of Vietnamese vessels. More brutally, China also aims at the Vietnamese lifebuoys to destroy the rescue actions. On the other hand, it accuses Vietnam of intentionally ramming their boat into the South China Sea.
Specifically, on May 21, 95 Chinese ships maintain the protection of oil rig Haiyang - 981 The ships are mobile and ready for spraying water on law enforcement forces of Vietnam. While continuing to act aggresively, on the other hand "China is trying to create the scence in which they are victim." This was stated by Jonathan London, a Vietnam expert working at the University of Hong Kong Urban newspaper South China Morning Post of Hong Kong. He said that China is playing a role as a victim in bringing their domestic workers to China. With this move, China tried to act as if they were victims meanwhile international opinions are against all aggressive steps by China in the South China Sea .
Dr Oh Ei Sun , a senior research specialist at the Institute for International Studies at the S. Rajaratnam of Singapore, said: " China's attitude is causing confusion. Beijing says it wants to maintain a good relationship with its neighbors, but they are also increasingly trying to act more aggressively."
Dr Oh Ei Sun said: " The nations of Southeast Asia are seeing that China is making the disputes escalated instead of restraining.
Pointing out the purpose of China while answering respondents’ questions from AP (USA ) and Reuters (UK) on the South China Sea as well as measures to resolve of Vietnam during his visit to the Philippines while attending the World Economic Forum on May 21-22, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung stated: “Vietnam consistently use peaceful means and take advantage of every opportunity, every dialogue to resolve the current situation. We are very sincerely, honestly, goodwill and restraint, but the answer is that Chinese power is growing and its violated action repeatedly slandered and blamed for Vietnam. What China is doing is far different from what China says. China's actions in Vietnam waters in the past few days is extremely dangerous, seriously threatening to peace, stability, security, safety and freedom of navigation, cooperation and development in the region region and the world .
We can say that China has exposed their real purposes while carrying out a series of aggressive actions in the South China Sea. Through thousands of years of history building relations and cooperations with the giant neighbour, Vietnam understand China than other countries. Vietnamese people decided not to be fear, uniting as one with all the force to firmly defend country’s soverignty.
