Creating contagiousness for Vietnamese goods

Vietnamese goods will be welcomed by consumers, businesses and departments, districts, towns must promote propaganda.

That is the direction of the Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Doan Toan at the first quarter meeting of 2017 with the campaign of "Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods".

Reporting the first quarter of 2017 with the campaign "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods", the City showed that the Steering Committee at all levels, sectors and mass organizations have focused on deploying the campaign. The rate of using domestic goods in offices and agencies increased more than in 2016. Many enterprises in the City actively respond to the campaign, actively invest, change and apply advanced science technology. Managing, saving indirect costs to improve the quality of goods, creating variety of product design, reducing costs, implementing protection for consumer rights.

Tran Thi Phuong Lan, Deputy Director of Industry and Trade Department, said that in the first quarter of the year, the Department focused on serving the people in the Lunar New Year of 2017. The supply of goods was plentiful, 80% of the consumption.

The Department of Industry and Trade is responsible for detecting and introducing Vietnamese goods to large numbers of consumers. At the same time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees in the localities develop a detailed plan to introduce the criteria for high quality Vietnamese products. In addition, they focus on diversifying the supply-demand link to high quality Vietnamese goods to reach consumers. Strengthening the State management together with removing difficulties for enterprises and developing commercial infrastructure.
