Delegation of Party, State, and Hanoi City paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh
On the morning of February 14, the leaders of Party, State, Government, National Assembly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Hanoi paid floral tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum and his memorial incense offering heroic martyrs.
The dignitaries include Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, State President Truong Tan Sang, PM Nguyen Tan Dung, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung. The delegation also laid a wreath at the Fallen Soldiers Memorial Monument.

The delegation also laid a wreath at the Fallen Soldiers Memorial and paid respect to fallen soldiers, veteran revolutionaries and senior Party and State leaders at Mai Dich cemetery.
The same day, delegations from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, the Central Public Security Commission and the Ministry of Public Security, the Hanoi Party Committee and People’s Committee also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and fallen soldiers at their memorial monument.
