Establishment of an Appraisal Council for development plan of Hanoi Industrial Cluster

The Chairman of Hanoi People`s Committee- Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung has signed the Decision No. 2093 / QD-UBND on the Establishment of an Appraisal Council for development plan of Hanoi Industrial Cluster until 2020 with a vision to 2025.

 Specifically, the Appraisal Council for development plan of Hanoi Industrial Cluster until 2020 with a vision to 2025 (the Appraisal Council) includes 32 members chaired by Mr. Nguyen Doan Toan - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee.

 The appraisal council is responsible for assisting Hanoi People's Committee to evaluate and appraise the Hanoi Industrial Cluster Development Planing Project until 2020, with a vision to 2025 as stipulated in the Government’s Decree No. 92/2006 / ND -CP dated September 07, 2006 on the establishment, approval and management of the master plan for socio-economic development; the Government’s Decree No. 04/2008 / ND-CP dated January 11, 2008 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 92/2006/ND -CP dated September 07, 2006 on the establishment, approval and management of the master plan for socio-economic development; Decision No. 105/2009 / QD-TTg dated August 19, 2009 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the regulation on management of industrial clusters and the applicable legal documents.

The Appraisal Council operates under Circular No. 39/2009/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated December 28, 2009 on prescribing the implementation of a number of contents of the industrial clusters management regulation issued in conjunction with Decision No. 105/2009 / QD-TTg dated August 19, 2009 of the Prime Minister; Circular No. 05/2013 / TT-BKHDT dated October 31, 2013 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment on guiding the establishment, appraisal, approval, adjustment and publicization of the master plan for socio-economic development and sector, field and main products planning. The Appraisal Council for development plan of Hanoi Industrial Cluster until 2020 with a vision to 2025 shall work on a concurrency regime and dissolve upon completion of its tasks.
