The Government Office conference was convened to review its performance in 2013 and devise its 2014 tasks and priorities.

The office publicized information about sensitive and burning issues of common concern and efficiently organised more than 1,300 meetings and receptions for international guests.

Dung underscored the Office must work closely with ministries, sectors, and localities on supervising and evaluating the implementation of the Government’s working programme.

He asked the Office to accelerate drafting ordinances and regulations, as well as publishing its proposals on how to make its management and guidance more effective.
