Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung stressed the importance of matching the Government Office’s 2014 working programme with practical realities a 21 January conference in Hanoi.
PM Dung applauded the Government Office’s contributions to improving the quality of management and guidance, ensuring policy feasibility, and ultimately boosting the country’s socio-economic development.
The office publicized information about sensitive and burning issues of common concern and efficiently organised more than 1,300 meetings and receptions for international guests.
Dung underscored the Office must work closely with ministries, sectors, and localities on supervising and evaluating the implementation of the Government’s working programme.
He asked the Office to accelerate drafting ordinances and regulations, as well as publishing its proposals on how to make its management and guidance more effective.
PM Dung took advantage of the occasion to present a number of Government Office collectives and individuals with Labour Orders recognizing their service.Other News
