Hanoi: 100% of communes, wards and towns to complete LAN network in 2015
In 2015, the Hanoi People`s Committee has planned to deploy the application of information technology in the municipal officies in order to estabilish and complete information systems and databases, creating a foundation for e-government.
Accordingly, the muinicipal People's Committee directed 100% of communes, wards and towns to build and upgrade LAN network; 100% of officials and employees in the local offices have to use e-mail to exchange information at work.
The city will build the electronic network to apply information exchange of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee, serving to the direction and administration of the municipal leaders.
100% of written documents directed by the municipal People's Committee are exchanged through electronic form;
100% of documents, records of departments, People's Committees of districts, towns handled by the muinicipal People's Committee have to be registered online;
80% of meeting chaired by the municipal People's Committee is held online.
The city will promote to organize online meetings in the field of Information and Communications, Finance, Internal Affairs, Planning and Investment.
