On the corner of streets in Hanoi, there are no noisy scenes of usual city life, but you can also see a few people ride motorbike around Hoan Kiem Lake, Trang Thi street. A quiet section on the street of Dien Bien Phu.
The yards in front the Vincom Ba Trieu or Royal City are usually so packed and noisy, but today, people can move around freely and the sound of wind rustling the leaves on trees can be heard clearly.
Hanoi's Phan Dinh Phung street has become a vast garden for these men, who had all that space to themselves. Chua Boc – Lang Ha and Nga Tu So look like an architect's drawing of roads.
