Hanoi - Toulouse urgently formalize existing collaboration agreement

On the afternoon of November 20, at the headquarters of the Hanoi People`s Committee, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc had a meeting with delegation city of Toulouse (France) leaded by Jean-Claude Dardelet - Vice President.

At the meeting, the two leaders announced every city's context, reviewing and assessing activities, collaborative projects that were effectively implemented by 2 local authorities, bringing more benefits to community, unified exchange and measures to further promote bilateral cooperation in the future. Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc confirmed that the government of Toulouse actively implemented cooperation protocols between Hanoi and Toulouse last 6 months, that is the motivation to Hanoi to urgently realize the deal.

Vice-President Jean-Claude said that with the desire to inherit and concretize the result of good cooperation between the two Cities in 18 years, in 2 working days in Hanoi (Nov. 19 - 20) , the group has focused solutions proposed to implement the agreement signed with the city authorities. Affirming the cooperation agreement on many aspects of the ambitious City, Jean-Claude Dardelet also said that the project that will be deployed between the two sides is very feasible with in a proactive, integrated poles of the Hanoi government.

Agreeing with the direction of cooperation that delegation proposed to city of Toulouse, Vice President Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc said that the city government will direct the relevant authorities to urgently implement the commitments in the Protocol cooperation between two Cities. Vice President expressed the hope that the city leaders of Toulouse will continue to support the authorities of Hanoi, especially collaboration between the Art College of Hanoi and Conservatory of Toulouse.
