The Onion Cellar presents a screening of the Anabasis of May and Fusako Shigenobu, Masao Adachi and 27 years without images.

“CELLO Fundamento Concert II” – International chamber music concert with the participation of artists from 7 countries: Vietnam, Romania, Ukraine, Austria, New Zealand, Germany, USA.
Being inspired by the Cello, works performed in the concert will be based on this instrument. From the meaning of “Fundamento” in Italian is “foundation”, the concert including Cello, Piano, Violin and Clarinet will perform the music of world most famous composers who set the root for classical music such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Claude Debussy, Pablo de Sarasate, Dmitri Dmitriyevich Shostakovich.
In addition, as a combination of chamber music and traditional folk music, a Vietnamese folk song will be performed by 9 Cello Fundamento artists. This will be a special highlight of the night that you cannot forget.
Through this concert, the founder – Cellist Dinh Hoai Xuan aims to bring not only a concert with international quality but also a new perspective on the culture of listening classical music in Viet Nam.

Heritage Space would like to invite you to a screening of the film “The Vertical Ray of the Sun” by Vietnamese-French director Tran Anh Hung as part of its “Film Storyteller” program.
“FILM storyteller” is a screening program that concentrates on the diversity of accesses and ways of reading film from the vision of a storyteller – writer like a filmmaker. Through 3 activities: screening – discussion – review, like a suggestion, we also concern about the film as a material to flourish blossom of awareness and expression of and with participants.
We would like to encourage and call for every discovery – submission – encounter – experience from the host – the watcher – the filmmaker to create chit – chat, talks, and more. Each participant will be given a chance to experience and challenge himself or herself in various roles to lengthen endless narratives.
