Hanoi's project for sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban construction

Hanoi People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi has recently granted Cooperation Program 168/CTrPH-UBND-MTTQ on sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban construction.




 

Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee will cooperate for following tasks: encouraging all sorts of people to join hands for sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban area construction; mobilizing resources for sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban construction; supervising the sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban area construction; conducting social criticism on sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban construction; supervising the implementation progress of sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban area construction; organizing conferences, preliminary summing up and final summing up.
 


 

The cooperation between the Hanoi People’s Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee is expected to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of agencies at all levels and sectors, enhance effective coordination between the People’s Committee, departments, agencies and local governments with Fatherland Front Committee of the same level and member organizations.

Movement “All people join hands for sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban construction” is launched, aiming to call for participation of the people and contribute to realizing national target programs, projects and programs of the State on sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural area and civilized urban area construction.

Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, social and political organizations conduct supervision and social criticism, contributing to increasing effectiveness and using the resources efficiently for the right purpose.
