JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi named Best Hotel in Vietnam and Asia

JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi has been recognized as one of the best hotels in Vietnam in a number of prestigious national and global travel awards.

The latest award wins are Best Hotel & Best Convention Hotel in Vietnam by International Hotel Awards, Best of the Best Award by Robb Report magazine, Travelers’ Choice 2015 Awards by Tripadvisor.com and Awards of Excellence for Guest Reviews by Booking.com.
“It is wonderful to see recognition from our guests for the effort of our team since the hotel’s opening in delivering the most exceptional experience,” said Bob Fabiano, general manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi.
In January, JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi was awarded the International Hotel Award, a renowned honor that is judged by more than 70 well-respected experts from 5-star hotels and hospitality organizations around the world, taking out the highest scores in the Best Hotel and the Best Convention Hotel categories in Vietnam.
JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi was also privileged to win the prestigious Robb Report Vietnam’s Best of the Best Awards as The Hotel of the Year for the second time in a row.
Adding to the Hotel’s winning streak they were also presented The Traveler’s Choice Award by TripAdvisor.com, where JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi was represented in four categories including Top 25 Hotels in Asia, Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Asia, Top 25 Hotels in Vietnam and Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Vietnam. This elite honor is awarded to the top one percent of all hotels on the Trip Advisor site, attesting to JW Marriott Hanoi's outstanding service to domestic and international travelers.

The final acclaim is the Award of Excellence for Guests Reviews 2014 by Booking.com in early January. The award is measured by guest’s satisfaction, which JW Marriott Hotel scored nine out of ten with significant remarks for cleanliness, staff and comfort. Founded in 1996 with the promise of best price for every type of property, Booking.com is considered to be the world leader in booking accommodations online.
“These award wins are attributed to the managers and associates of JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. If there is one area that I am most proud of it is our team, our managers and associates. It is through their skill and dedication to our guests and fellow associates that allows JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi to be recognised as a leading preferred hotel in Vietnam and Asia,” said Fabiano.
