PM Nguyen Tan Dung on November 19 clarified several issues raised during the on-going question and answer session of the 13th National Assembly.
Earlier, Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang, Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thai Binh, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Pham Thi Hai Chuyen, and Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang joined the session.
Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thai Binh presented issues on administrative reform, administrative procedure streamlining in accordance with the improvement of public service quality and labor capacity, salary reform and evaluation of staff groups.
Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Pham Thi Hai Chuyen focused on answering questions about the status and solutions to dealing with businesses violating labor regulations; the management of foreigners working in Viet Nam, the unemployment situations, the enhancement of labor export quality and the increase of social allowance for social security.
