Reduce processing time of administrative procedures by 50%

Since January 1, 2015, Hanoi Health Department will reduce processing time of administrative procedures by 50% for certification and license to practice in the field of medical examination and treatment.



 
Specifically, time granted for practicing certificates is 30 days, in case clarification is needed for people trained abroad or have a practicing certificate issued abroad must not exceed 90 days.
 
Time for granting, adjusting the operating license for a medical treatment center is 45 days.
 
Department of Health tasked the management office of private medical practice to cooperate with the departments, units and individuals involved to review and oversee the implementation of the shorter duration of the procedure but still making strictly the order and rules of law.
