Singapore, Vietnam bolster court cooperation
Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court Truong Hoa Binh and his Singaporean counterpart Sundaresh Menon have concurred to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two supreme courts, laying a solid underpinning for partnership activities.
Future activities will be focused on delegation exchange, personnel training, IT application in court activities, and the joint organisation of international conferences.
These were reached during the officials’ meeting as part of Truong Hoa Binh’s working visit to Singapore from January 4-6.

Both sides agreed to set up groups of judges who will work together to devise cooperation areas to submit them to the two chief judges for approval on the fringes of the upcoming ASEAN Chief Justices’ Meeting.
