Strenghthening Vietnamese - Colombian tourism cooperation

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People`s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan received Colombia`s Vice Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism Sandra Howard Taylor during her working visit to Vietnam on July 24.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Sandra Howard Taylor expressed her admires about the Vietnamese history and culture, and hoping the visit would make a memorable milestone to promote bilateral cooperation in tourism.

The Deputy Minister also introduced with the Vice Chairman about the innovations of the Colombian tourism industry in recent years.
Sandra Howard Taylor suggested to discuss and propose tourism cooperation with Vietnam after finishing the visit.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Tuan introduced with Colombia's Vice Minister Sandra Howard Taylor about the natural conditions and culture of Vietnam in general and Hanoi in particular, and sharing some important milestones of municipal tourism development.
Vice Chairman Tuan stressed that Colombia has an unique culture. He expressed his desire to have an opportunity to discover Colombia when attending the General Assembly of the World Tourism held in Colombia in September 2015.
