For the first time, Vietnam would have a long-term strategy that ensures steady development of digital government in the coming years.
By 2025, Vietnam targets to be among the leading 70 countries in e-government development, while the digital economy would account for 20% of total GDP.
This facility will be used to develop new mobile technologies and provide testing services for Vietnamese partners like VinSmart, BKAV and Viettel.
