Economic recovery will be among the focuses of the council's year-end session from December 5-8.

The municipal People’s Council would spend most of the time discussing matters related to socio-economic performance during the first six months, and key tasks for the remainder of the year.

Total investment capital for Ring road No.4, slated for completion by 2027, is estimated at VND85.8 trillion (US$3.73 billion).
