The deal enables the companies to be in line with Vietnam’s efforts to increase renewable capacity for sustainable development.
Hanoi said it conducts countermeasures in a quick and flexible manner to avoid impacts on the people.
The project, scheduled to complete by 2022, is expected to be the pride of An Giang province, the hometown of Vietnam’s late President Ton Duc Thang.
