To boost the friendship, enhance cooperation between Hanoi and Phnompenh

The high-level delegation of Hanoi led by Deputy Secretary (on duty) of Party Committee – Ngo Thi Thanh Hang officially visited in Cambodia from 11th to 13rd September.
At Phnompenh Town Hall, the delegation met Phnompenh’s Mayor, leader of Phnompenh CPP Party – Pa Socheatvong. High level leaders of 2 sides announced politic, economic, culture, society situation of Phnompenh and Hanoi, simultaneously, affirmed the positive contribute role of the visit to boost the friendly, united and cooperative tie between two brotherhood capital.

Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee, Ngo Thi Thanh Hang appreciated and congratulated for Phnompenh’s achievement on surpassing improvement on economic, society, culture… during the past time. She confirmed: Hanoi government would enhance cooperation with Phnompenh on every area without hesitation, especially on urban management for the strong development of both city, contributing to maintain and grow the sound traditional friendship of both races and nations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi’s Party Committee expressed happiness with the sound traditional Hanoi –Phnompenh relationship, continuously being enhanced on various fields, contributing to nourish Vietnam – Cambodia friendship.
With the hope to reinforce education and training quality of Phnompenh, Hanoi government decided to rebuild the Don Penh Elementary school, simultaneously, expressing the unity of both capitals.
Deputy Secretary Ngo Thi Thanh Hang believes Don Pend Elementary School will become nursery for young talents, directly contributing to develop the Cambodia capital and grow herald of bilateral friendship in the future.
On this occasion, the Delegation visited Vietnam Embassy in Cambodia; met Phnompenh Mayor – So Pacheatvong; and worked at some region in Cambodia.
