Vietnam ​adds flights and train trips on holiday of Liberation Day

Vietnam Airlines announced that it will add by 175 flights on 8 domestic routes from April 27 to May 3.

In details, Vietnam Airline will increase by 175 one-way flights on domestic routes, railway firm also mobilizes additional trains on the route of Sai Gon - Nha Trang, Hanoi - Da Nang ... to meet increasing demand to travel during Liberal Day (April 30th) and Labor Day (May 1st). 
This increase will meet passengers demand for 180,000 seats. The main departure routes is from Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City to the coastal tourism cities like Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Nha Trang.
According to Saigon Railway Transport Company, trains from Saigon Railway Station to Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon and vice versa will increase by 28 trips during the April 30 holiday. Of which, Sai Gon - Phan Thiet route and vice versa shall increase by 7 trips ; Nha Trang rises by 16 trips and Quy Nhon rises by 5 trips.
Sai Gon Railway has just put 11 five-star quality trains into operation in Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route.
According to Hanoi Railway Transport Company, during the holiday, there will be 20 additional trains to meet the travel and tourism demand. Additional routes include Hanoi to Lao Cai, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Dong Hoi and Da Nang.
On the roadway, the coach trips are also planed to increase on this occasion. According to Ha Noi Transport Station Joint Stock Company, about 400 trips will be strengthened in two days, April 28 and 29 with focus on the short routes to tourism destination such as Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa ...
Transportation agents recommend travelers to book early to get good prices and seats. For flight tickets, the cheapest ticket for Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route during the holiday is VND 899,000 (excluding taxes and fees). Due to the limited amount, if travelers do not book in advance, they may have to buy at higher price, from VND 1.6 to 4.8 million / flight (excluding tax).
Saigon Station also has a discounting policy of 20% for ticket booked 20-29 days in advance,  30% for ticket booked 30-39 days in advance and 50% for ticket booked 50 days in advance.
