The products on display at the fair are all labeled with product information, prices, origin, features, and instructions for use.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on  April 24, Deputy Director of Hanoi's Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen The Hiep said the fair was part of the city's 2024 "Action for Consumer Rights" program. This activity aims to protect consumer rights and strengthen the enforcement of relevant laws in the city.

He added that this event is one of the practical activities of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade to support business recovery and promote production and consumption, thereby stimulating overall retail growth and balancing supply and demand in the city.

At the same time, it is a source of advice for consumers on the purchase and use of goods and services.

"The fair is an opportunity for companies to offer free product trials and advice on how to identify genuine products, as well as organize activities to reach out to buyers," Hiep emphasized.
