Manulife Vietnam honored with four awards from Insurance Association of Vietnam

The honor shines a light on Manulife Vietnam’s continued focus to deliver seamless, customer experiences through its digital solutions.

Manulife Vietnam has been recognised for its contributions to the life insurance industry with four accolades from the Insurance Association of Vietnam, highlighting the Company’s outstanding digital transformation efforts and unique contributions from individuals that have helped advance the sector.

As recipients of the Certificate of Merit for ‘Outstanding Digital Achievements in 2020’, Manulife Vietnam was recognized for demonstrating its commitment to digital transformation. The honour shines a light on Manulife Vietnam’s continued focus to deliver seamless, customer experiences through its digital solutions.

“Manulife Vietnam is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences that are reinforced by intuitive digital processes,” said Sang Lee, CEO of Manulife Vietnam. “Being awarded the Certificate of Merit for ‘Outstanding Digital Achievements in 2020’ is an honour and we appreciate being recognised by the Insurance Association of Vietnam for our efforts to create a better future for the people of Vietnam.”

Demonstrating a focus on bringing about meaningful change for its customers, agents, and the community, Manulife Vietnam has been widely recognised for helping lead the digitisation of Vietnam’s life insurance industry.

Digital solutions such as ePOS, eClaims, ePayment, eContract, ManulifeMOVE and ManuConnect have been pioneering a new digital agenda in Vietnam, while also enhancing the relationship and perception that customers have with their insurers.

Manulife Vietnam also received three commendations for its employee’s contributions to both the company and life insurance industry:

20 Years of Outstanding Contributions – Luong Hoang Yen, Buy Value Stream Owner

20 Years of Outstanding Contributions – Nguyen Y Nhi, Agency Business Development.

Established in 1999, the Insurance Association of Vietnam is an industry body representing insurance companies in Vietnam that is also committed to the sustainable development of the market. The organisation regularly celebrates and honours the work being done to grow the country’s burgeoning insurance market.
