Outstanding photos awarded at Vietnam Photo Expression 2020

The photos highlighted the beauty of Vietnam's cultural heritage and cultural creativity of the community.

The organizers of the Vietnam Photo Expression 2020 with the theme “Showing Our Care, Sharing Our Vision on Culture Diversity” awarded three winning photos at the Awards and Opening ceremony on November 25.

The three winning photographs included "Workmates" by Dinh Cong Tam, "Seaside Picture" by Ngo Thi Thu Ba, "Bay Mau Coconut Forest" by Phan Vu Trong, which highlighted the beauty of Vietnam's cultural heritage and the cultural creativity of the community.

After more than three months of the contest, UNESCO in collaboration with the German Embassy in Hanoi, Today Day Magazine and TOONG announced the results of the Competition with the theme "Spreading the interest, Sharing vision for cultural diversity.”

 Three winners of the competition

Winners were entitled to a cash prize of US$1,000 each while consolation prize winners were awarded VND5 million (US$215) each. The top 15 winners were presented with certificates of honor. The stories behind the best photos were also shared at the ceremony.

 Consolation prize winners receive awards at the ceremony on November 25.

The winning photos will be exhibited as well as published in relevant UNESCO publications in Vietnam with full credit to the author. This exhibition, located at TOONG coworking space, No.5 Dien Bien Phu street, will last until December 2, 2020.
