Prof. Vu Khieu receives Hungary’s Knight Cross Order

Prof. Vu Khieu, a senior researcher of Vietnam, has been honoured with the Hungary Order of Merit Knight Cross for his lifetime contributions to fostering the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Hungary.

Hungarian National Assembly Speaker Kover Laszlo presented the reward to the Vietnamese professor at a ceremony in Hanoi on November 9, which was also attended by National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.
Professor Vu Khieu was one of the first Vietnamese who studied and worked in Hungary in the 1960s.
