Through nine conferences, this mechanism has facilitated deepening cooperation in friendly exchanges, transportation connections, trade, tourism, culture, and the arts, enhancing the amicable and cooperative relations between the two countries.
A recent manifestation of this friendship and cooperation is the "Two Countries, Six Destinations" golden tour model initiated by the Hanoi Department of Tourism and Tourism Departments of provinces and cities, including Lao Cai, Quang Ninh, Haiphong, along with Honghe County in Yunnan Province, China, starting from March 2023.
