VinFast, the Vietnamese automaker, has announced the nationwide expansion of its 24/7 mobile charging service, which will be launched in four major cities of Hanoi, Haiphong, Danang and HCM City, and provinces of Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Gia Lai, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

As planned, VinFast will put a total of 100 mobile charging vehicles into operation across the country by June.

The cost for 15 minutes of mobile charging is VND50,000, allowing customers to travel a distance of about 40 kilometers for its VF e34 model and 30 kilometers for the VF 8.

The cost of mobile repair and replacement is equivalent to the rate of VinFast service shops nationwide.

CEO of VinFast Trading Vietnam Hoang Chi Trung said the expansion of mobile charging and mobile repair services nationwide is the next step to perfect the electric vehicle support ecosystem in Vietnam.

The company has deployed a network of 150,000 charging ports across 63 provinces and cities.
