A car with license plate number 29A-083.12 crashed into 18 people who were standing at the traffic light at the intersection of Xuan La – Vo Chi Cong (Tay Ho District, Hanoi).

Hanoi's authorities expect to complete the delimitation of the project area before November 15, paving the way for the site clearance.
