The film hopes to bring a multi-dimensional view of a police officer by exploiting his details of life, thereby describing a Hanoian with intelligence, talent, kindness, and full of love for the city and its people.
"Mat Lenh Hoa Sua" ("The Milk Flower Secret Order"), a television series under the "For the Love of Hanoi" film project, will be broadcast on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - 2024).

"The Milk Flower Secret Order", which is expected to have 40 episodes, is a movie about the soldiers working in the Hanoi Police Department's Drug Crime Investigation Unit. The script of the movie is adapted from two short stories "Doi Mat" ("Face to Face") and "Nguoi Tu Cua Ngay Xua" ("The Prisoner of the Old Days") by Major General Nguyen Hong Thai.
The film was based on a special case conducted by the Hanoi Police Department's Drug Crime Investigation Unit. In addition to the story of solving crimes and silent sacrifices, it hopes to bring a multi-dimensional view of a police officer by exploiting his life details, thereby describing a Hanoian with intelligence, talent, kindness, and full of love for the city and its people.
"The Milk Flower Secret Order is the first television series by director Nguyen Tat Kien, said Tran Thai Thuy, Director of the Hanoi Cinema and Television Center, the film's producer.
Kien, who was born in Hanoi and produced the reality TV series 'I Love Hanoi', expressed his hope that the crime film would give a multi-dimensional perspective on the pace of life in Hanoi.
Thuy emphasized that the film producer will try to capture beautiful images of Hanoi thanks to cameras capable of shooting high-quality footage and flycams, reproducing a developing capital but still a Hanoi with thousands of years of culture and many famous historical and cultural relics.
