Over 600 documents and artifacts donated to Hanoi Museum

Hanoi Department of Culture organized a campaign donating materials, objects to Hanoi museum.

Accordingly, organizations and individuals have donated over 600 documents and artifacts under the theme of 60 year development of Hanoi capital.
 
259 documents and artifacts related to the period of resistance against American Capital's citizens; 387 documents, artifacts, memorabilia related to physical life and spirit of the people's economic capital subsidy period.
Through classification, based on the evaluation results of the scientific council Hanoi Museum, documents, artifacts has achieved the criteria set for the campaign, to meet the requirements in the Museum galleries content of the period against American and socialist construction in the capital.
Some artifacts can serve thematic exhibitions during the operations of the Museum. In particular, the kind of reception this time, there are artifacts Science Council appreciated.
That is, the seal of the Office Commercial of Dong Da District from 1958 to 1986 donated by Mr. Tran Quang Chinh; photo by reconnaissance aircraft of the US Air Force military shooting targets, political, administrative Hanoi to serve out their plan donated by Mr. Vo Van; record number of stamps US aircraft were shot down in the fight of our army and people against destructive war of American imperialism; briefcase fly with flight diagram of President Ho Chi Minh dated 09.15.1967 by Mr.Cong Doan Duong who is a pilot took Ho Chi Minh to to foreign hospital from 1967 to 1968.
At the closing ceremony, Hanoi Department of Culture continued advocacy organizations and individuals donated materials and exhibits for the Museum of Hanoi in 2015.
Documents donation campaign for Hanoi Museum was launched on August 28. This activity is aimed at attracting the attention of the people throughout the country, foreign nationals and international friends to preserve and promote the values of the cultural heritage of the nation in general and Hanoi in particular, as well as contributing to the construction of the exhibition’s content at Hanoi Museum which is a major cultural work of the city.
