The fair is part of many activities promoting consumption of products under the National One Commune One Product (OCOP) program.
The models include agriculture, rural areas, community tourism, smart villages, and craft villages.
The writing contest will run until October 15 and the awarding ceremony is expected to take place in November.
The capital city continues to support rural enterprises and industrial facilities for the development of craft villages.
This plan was made in the context that pollution in craft villages is leaving severe impacts on people’s living environment.
Since 2009, the Hanoi government has supported more than 100 rural industrial establishments to invest in renewing machinery and technology.
