Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park

Relations between Hanoi and Gyeonggi began in 2000, when the South Korean province partnered with Ha Tay Province, which was later merged with Hanoi in August 2008.

The center will host its first event, the Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition 2023 (VIIE 2023), from October 28 to November 1.

Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park is home to many scientific research and technology development centers of major economic groups, research institutes, and universities.

Hanoi's goal for 2023 is to secure the city's socio-economic performance and further develop a cultured, modern, and civilized society.

Vietnam only has 10 years to turn things around, as the country’s population starts aging by 2030, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung has said.

The hi-tech park is expected to become a model science township and a national hub for technology research and development.

The Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park is currently home to 91 projects which have combined investment approvals of over VND85.8 trillion (nearly US$3.7 billion).
