“The Ambassador’s Entrepreneurship Challenge” was launched by the US Embassy to encourage Vietnamese youngsters’ start-up spirit and develop the start-up ecosystem in Vietnam. The first prize went to the UKYS project, an app for iPhone/iPad users to create shirts. The second prize went to Ella Study project and third place went to RoboFarm.

It is the brainchild of Lam Nguyen and Pauline Tran. With the app, customers don’t need to go to a tailor, but can use their device to measure their body and send the data to the UKYS centre. The shirts will be shipped to the customers’ home.
