The highlight of the festival was the story told through pictures and decorative images in the central square of Book Street with the theme of the Mid-Autumn Festival in the old time and today. It also shows the culture and lifestyle of Hanoian and Vietnamese people.

In addition, in response to the promotion month of Hanoi in 2020, bookstores at Book Street offered many attractive promotions of up to 50 per cent for all book. Readers can also participate in mini-games and the program "Magic Book Wish" to get lucky gifts in the Mid-Autumn Festival 2020.
