Double convenient when implementing electronic invoices

Electronic invoices are applied in many companies in Hanoi, that is applicable service charge payment in Telecommunications - IT.

Initial recognition is that implementing electronic invoices has brought practical benefits to businesses providing services, clients and authorities.

Not only Mr. Hoa, many customers find that since VNPT Hanoi applies electronic bill payment service in Telecommunications - IT, service users, particularly businesses, are actively in monitoring the payment documents. With customers are organizations, enterprises, small business, electronic billing service makes report and favorable tax settlements, cost, storage area, there are no longer the case of lost invoices as paper bill, so limiting the report procedures from tax authorities.

After VNPT, in September, 2015, Viettel Telecom began testing electronic invoice issuance in Cau Giay District at: http://vietteltelecom.vn/hoadondientu. After receiving positive feedback from the customer, the unit officially launched across Hanoi since the beginning of November, 2015. According to representatives of Viettel, when applying electronic invoice, customers do not need to present a paper bill in the process of inspection and examination by the relevant authorities. The inspection and test will be conducted on electronic invoicing system to ensure transparency and accuracy.

For VNPT Hanoi separately, applying electronic bill has helped enterprises to reduce lots of released procedures for printing invoices, declarations and tax settlement, cost-saving, etc. thereby promoting Ecommerce development under the guidelines to promote non-cash payment by the government.

As a rule, enterprises must store the 
invoice at least 10 years, but when electronic invoice is generated, stored and managed by electronic media, the business does not take the cost of warehouse storage. VNPT Hanoi minimizes manpower management and exploitation of the bill to strengthen human resources for the service of direct customer care, improve the efficiency of production and business. Previous concerns about the security of electronic invoicing system, VNPT Hanoi representative confirmed that electronic billing system is protected by a layer firewall against unauthorized access. The entire database is authorized under the bill of the user and password, customers can manipulate their data. However, the representative noted that when access to electronic billing system on the website, customers should choose the correct billing codes, month and year to be able to view and download the invoices properly.
