The course covered a variety of topics, including anti-corruption solutions, Chinese modernization, and the introduction of Chinese regulatory reform.

The course is part of a series of training activities agreed upon by the Party committees in Hanoi and Beijing.

The graduating cadres are the key officials in Hanoi's departments and sub-municipal agencies. They are planned to become members of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee in 2025-2030.

Hanoi has recently sent local officials to overseas training courses to improve their skills and professional performance.

The course, held from September 22 to 28, covered several topics, including anti-corruption solutions, China's modernization, the introduction of China's regulatory reform, and field trips.

At the closing ceremony, Dinh Tien Dung, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, expressed his appreciation for supporting the Beijing Party Committee, the school, and the lectures.

"The success of today's training proves the friendship between Hanoi and Beijing and that our relationship is a benchmark of decentralized cooperation for other places," he said.

He urged the Vietnamese officials to deeply absorb the knowledge from the training course, enhance their professional performance, and foster friendship and cooperation between the two countries and two capitals.

Dinh Tien Dung also hoped that the training would usher in a new chapter of cadre training for Hanoi and Beijing.

He urged the Personnel Commission of the Hanoi Party Committee to work closely with the Communist Party School in Beijing and the Beijing authorities to organize more courses to exchange experience between the two cities and strengthen Hanoi-Beijing relations.

Liu Wei, deputy secretary of the Beijing Party Committee, said that Hanoi-Beijing relations have been growing and strengthening for a long time.

He hoped that the two municipal Party committees would make more progress in official training and share management experiences and practices.

The Beijing Communist Party School was founded in 1950 to train Party cadres, conduct sociological research, and engage in international cooperation in training and exchanges.
