The Nga Tu So – Vinh Tuy road axis is the flashpoint of traffic jam in Hanoi with an extremely high density of high-rise apartment buildings on both sides. The elevated Ring Road No.2 project is expected to solve this problem.
The ring road has important implications for the capital’s transport, and contributes positively to reducing traffic congestion in the city.
The goal is to turn policies into outcomes under the principle of “less talk, more action, effective results to the end, all for the capital and its people.”
