Hanoi launches Vietnamese Fashion Product Brand Festival 2024

The five-day festival provides a platform for garment and fashion enterprises to expand their markets

The 2024 Vietnamese Fashion Product Brand Festival featuring 150 stalls from nearly 100 fashion companies is currently taking place at My Dinh National Stadium Square in Nam Tu Liem District.

The five-day festival, organized by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, is designed to resemble an ancient street, including a display area for major fashion brands combined with a demonstration by artisans from garment villages.

Visitors can also see replicas of iconic landmarks such as the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, the Huc Bridge, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Hanoi Flag Tower.

Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of Hanoi's Department of Industry and Trade, said the festival was a practical initiative to promote the "Vietnamese people prefer using Vietnamese goods" campaign thanks to high quality, clear origins, reasonable prices, and discounts.

He added that the event aims to introduce and promote Vietnamese fashion products and brands, providing a platform for garment and fashion enterprises to expand their markets. In addition, the festival seeks to boost sales and increase responsibility towards consumers.

The organizers have also set up a number of domestic and international trade activities during the event, the deputy director said.

Hiep said the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade encourages local exhibitors to offer tangible benefits to customers and businesses attending the festival in their trade promotion programs and marketing strategies.
