Hanoi will host the National Quality Awards 2024 to honor exemplary organizations and enterprises that have achieved outstanding performance in business activities in the capital city.

The award encourages organizations and companies in all sectors of the economy to increase productivity, quality and the creation of competitive products, goods and services.
Applications should be submitted to the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology by June 28.
Organizations and businesses of all types, sizes and economic sectors that have been operating in the city for at least 36 months prior to the awards registration date are eligible to apply for the award.
Organizations and companies that have won the National Quality Gold Awards and meet the above criteria are eligible to participate in the 2024 National Quality Awards.
The awards are based on seven criteria, with a maximum score of 1,000 points, including Leadership (120 points); Operational Strategy (85 points); Customer and Market Orientation Policy (85 points); Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management (90 points); Human Resources Management (85 points); Process Management (85 points); and Results Achieved (450 points).
Participants who score 600 points or higher are recommended for the National Quality Awards, while those who score 800 points or higher are nominated for the National Quality Gold Awards.
Document should be submitted to the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology.
