The competition aims to enhance administrative reform indexes, including Public Administration Satisfaction Index (SIPAS) and Vietnam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) in 2024 and following years.

The prize will be awarded by October 10, 2024.

The competition aims to generate ideas, initiatives and new solutions that will help to strengthen the role and responsibility of officials and civil servants, in particular heads of agencies and units, in implementing administrative reforms.

It also promotes new solutions to improve the effectiveness of the enforcement of legal documents and the feasibility of laws in the city, thereby promoting investment attraction and sub-municipal and city levels.

These initiatives are expected to boost quality and efficiency of one-stop-shop models at all levels, enabling online public services.

The organizers will forward outstanding solutions to the city's People's Committee for further research, implementation and replication across the city.

According to  the 15th edition of the PAPI report this year, Hanoi ranked 15th on the list with 43.96 points.
