The event, which will take place from March 21 to 24 at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, will feature 120 stalls of foreign companies displaying and introducing products and technologies in the aviation industry.
The world's leading aerospace companies, such as Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Thales, Mitsubishi, and Parker, will join the event and seek partners to develop production chains in the Vietnamese market.
At the press conference held on January 16 in Hanoi, Tran Thi Phuong Lan, the Acting Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, stated that this fair is held to develop a network of high-end production, service, and consumption chains in the aviation industry.
"The fair is expected to provide domestic and international companies with the opportunity to trade, share experiences and cooperate in aviation and supporting industries, in addition to helping domestic companies penetrate the global network of manufacturers and suppliers of aviation products and services," she added.
The event will include visits to industrial parks, logistics infrastructure, airports, qualified vocational training institutions in Hanoi and neighboring localities, and contracts signed by aerospace companies.
The fair is part of a series of 18 global events held by Hanoi this year, intending to develop a network of high-end production, service, and consumption chains in the global aviation industry.
