Hanoi to open industrial clusters in Phu Xuyen District

Phu Xuyen District, Ha Noi will have an industrial zone to attract the industries, handicraft suitable for industrial development planning and socio-economic development plans.

Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 4989/QD-UBND to establish Phu Tuc Industrial Zone in Phu Xuyen District. Industrial complexes attract the industries, handicrafts suitable for industrial development planning and socio-economic development plans.


According to the decision, industrial complex in Phu Tuc, Phu Xuyen district scales 6,11ha of Phu Tuc Commune  to create a production space with infrastructure systems synchronized to the relocation of production facilities that cause environmental pollution in residential areas; attract businesses, households to expand production and production development in the field of industry and handicraft. Uptime of industrial clusters is 50 years from the date of establishment decision.

To June, 2015, the city of Hanoi has 42 industrial clusters that are stable in operation. The city has also completed the preparation of investment for 9 industrial complexes planned in 2015, expected to start in the second quarter of August and September, 2015.

A survey by the Department of Trade in Hanoi, from now to 2018, Dan Phuong district, Soc Son, Thanh Tri, Quoc Oai, Thach Thanh Oai, Phu Xuyen and Hoai Duc are urgent for establishment expansion of industrial clusters. The district is being guided to complete documents and procedures.

Developing a plan and scheduling the details of the implementation of the project, the progress of investment in public utility and management options, operators after the investment. Clearly define the orientation of investment trades in industrial clusters. Options for investors of this project will be through the tender process.
