Tran Minh Thang, owner of the business said as he failed university exams twice, his learning career seemed to be cut short. He finally got in the University of Industry and in 2009, after in information technology,Tran Minh Thang and Nguyen Anh Tu together set up Tat Thanh Service Joint Stock Company offering webs design. In the initial stage, they kept the business running thanks to orders from relatives and friends. Their strategy was as simple as designing websites with affordable price but yet ensuring quality. And their effort was acknowledged by clients using their services.
Thang said he started up with 2 laptops, ambition and knowledge. He was responsible for techniques, finding clients, working out procedures and raising capital. His customer base grew and three other young people joined the startup. They earned the first 10 million dong from a website design project but this money was not enough for hiring, buying office tables and internet services.Thang said that at that time Vietnam web design market was close to be collapsed because of amature personel and incompetent web design businesses. The demand for high qualified professional IT personnel was high but the supply was insufficient.

Overcoming the difficult time, in 2012-2013 with 40 staffs they were working on 700 projects in VietNam, the majority of them were commercial websites. ”Designing commercial website is one of our two main bussiness lines. We also design portal and information system with value 500-600 millions per project”.
Thang and his partners now focus on commercial webs with thousands of designs with low fee. Customers prefer Thang because they spend only half or a quarter of what they have to pay other IT businesses to own a website of the same quality.
Thang’s commercial web designs are sold from 1 million the cheapest to 7 or 10 million the most expensive. He also invests heavily on human resource and recruiting talents.
Now for 10 years in business, the business has overcome all difficulties and his company has won acknowledgement by service quality. Focusing on human resource, the company has been able to expand the customer base and achieve development. Not only enriching himself, Thang also creates job to other people so that they could have stable income. He understands that a business being aware of social responsibility will contribute= for national development.
